Where you born? Raised? Currently reside where?
Born Cannock but mainly from Beverley East Yorkshire now between North Wales and La Manga Spain.
What did you want to be when you were a kid?
A millionaire… I will be one day, as I’ve inherited both my parents entrepreneur spirit.
How do you like to spend your free time? Any hobbies?
Karaoke and car boots always looking for a bargain. Also into craft and baking pies… meat pies!

I’m double jointed in my arms, legs and hands.

How long have you been at Regal Pawn? How did you come to get involved in the business?
On and off for my dad 5 years. My ex was my dad’s best gold buyer and they needed a bossy woman to sort the accounts book venues etc. I now train all the staff and do most research as we’ve expanded.
What other jobs did you have before you worked at Regal?
Tapas chef, cleaner, double glazing sales, computer manufacturer, fish pedicure shop manager, bar manager and many more.
Who is the most valuable asset to Regal Pawn? Why?
Obviously me as with out me they wouldn’t know the day! We all bring a lot to the team I would say my dad as its his vision with my practicality that got us here today.
What would you be doing with your life if you didn’t work at Regal Pawn?
I’d still be doing this. I love it and I’m very good at research do something like a fully qualified silver smith.
What’s the best thing about working at Regal?
Everyday is new. I literally am amazing at pub quizzes because of all I’ve learnt and I have a wired brain that remembers the silliest of facts so love talking to customers and teaching them interesting facts about our products and their own items.
What’s the worst thing about working at Regal?
If we fall out it goes home…..we’re all family. But on plus side were all very similar so any issues get sorted out with a screaming match then a whiskey. The boys are easily pleased!
Tell us about a choice / funny / weird item to come through the doors of Regal Pawn. What happened?
A woman came in with a gold bridge of teeth to scrap in. I asked here where they came from and she said ” oh they were my mothers!” After I offered her my condolences she replied ” Oh she’s not dead, just been put into a nursing home!”
What item would you most like to have the chance to buy / own?
Ann Boleyn (Henry VIII’s wife’s) green dress which legend has it he wrote the famous music ” Green Sleeves” for. It was beautiful and had long sleeves to allegedly hide her 6th finger.
